Lowell Herb Co. and Veterans Cannabis Project Partner to Honor Veterans this Memorial Day

(WASHINGTON, DC) – This Memorial Day, Veterans Cannabis Project announced it is joining forces with Lowell Herb Co. to honor veterans with a limited-edition pre-roll product, the “Purple Heart OG.” The limited-edition pre-rolls are available in participating California dispensaries and delivery services through the Memorial Day holiday.

The joint initiative aims to raise awareness about the need for full, legal cannabis access for veterans. A portion of the proceeds will go toward Veterans Cannabis Project’s mission of improving veterans’ lives through the opportunity of cannabis.

“As Americans celebrate those who served this Memorial Day, we remain committed to our mission of achieving full legal access to cannabis for all veterans through advocacy, education, and support,” said Veterans Cannabis Project Executive Director Doug Distaso. “We are proud to partner with an organization with the reputation of Lowell Herb Co. to honor and support all veterans, including those who have seen their lives improve through cannabis.”

About the Veterans Cannabis Project

Veterans Cannabis Project (VCP) is dedicated to advocating on behalf of cannabis access issues for U.S. military veterans. VCP is committed to educating policymakers and the public about the value of cannabis to veterans and supporting veterans across the nation with the resources they need to understand the value of medical cannabis, know their cannabis rights, and access the tools they need to encourage federal policy change. We work daily to create a community that can heal our nation’s broken approach to cannabis and provide veterans with safe, legal access.
